Delivery of a paid order usually takes 1–3 business days. In 95% of cases orders are delivered by the second business day.
Delivery to pick-up points and Alzaboxes starts at 69 CZK, home delivery starts at 79 CZK. Full pricing available here.
We ship to Alzaboxes and PPL, GLS and Zásilkovna pick-up points, and also directly to your address.
Yes. Free shipping to Alzaboxes and GLS pick-up points on orders over 1,499 CZK.
Yes, all products (except personalised acceptance letters) are available with cash on delivery.
Yes. We deliver to Slovakia within 2–3 business days, to your address or to Zásilkovna, GLS and PPL pick-up points. We also ship across the EU. Full pricing overview here.

No, all payment methods are free of charge. The only surcharge is for cash on delivery – 49 CZK.

Contact us as soon as possible. We will resolve the situation immediately – we deal with the carrier ourselves. We will only ask you to photograph the damaged parcel.
