Gift Vouchers
When you are certain they want something from here but not which thing. A gift voucher is redeemable across the whole range — wands, jewellery, sweets, home accessories, everything — and comes in several denominations.

When a voucher is the right answer
A voucher is usually the honest choice in three situations, and a poor one otherwise.
- They collect something specific — a collector chasing particular wands or ornaments knows exactly which pieces they are missing, and guessing wrong wastes the gift.
- They already own a lot — the more complete somebody’s collection, the higher the chance of duplicating it.
- There is no time — a voucher does not depend on delivery arriving before the occasion.
- Not for a child — a child opening a voucher has nothing to hold. For children a small gift trunk or a plush toy is the better choice, even at the same value.
How it works
The voucher is issued in a fixed denomination and can be used against anything in the range, online or in person at our showroom in Prague. Several denominations are available, so you can match it to the occasion rather than the other way round.
If the recipient spends less than the value, the difference stays on the voucher; if they spend more, they pay the rest. The validity period and the exact conditions are stated on the voucher itself and on its product page.
Making a voucher feel like a present
The weakness of a voucher is that it arrives as a number. The usual fix is to pair it with something small and physical — a chocolate frog, a keychain, a badge or a bean box — so there is something to unwrap alongside it. A note in an envelope with a wax seal can be added to the order for a surcharge, which does the same job.

Frequently asked questions
What can a gift voucher be used for?
Anything in the range — wands, jewellery, sweets, home accessories and the rest — online or at our showroom in Prague.
What happens if they spend less than the voucher?
The difference stays on the voucher. If they spend more, they pay the remainder.
How long is a voucher valid?
The validity period is stated on the voucher itself and on its product page.
Is a voucher a good gift for a child?
Not usually — a child opening a voucher has nothing to hold. A small gift trunk or a plush toy works better at the same value.
When is a voucher the best choice?
For a collector who knows exactly what they are missing, for someone who already owns a lot, or when there is no time for delivery.
How do I make a voucher feel like a present?
Pair it with something small to unwrap — a chocolate frog, a keychain or a badge — or add a note in an envelope with a wax seal for a surcharge.
Items in stock are prepared for dispatch within 24 hours.
