Your loyalty discount combines with seasonal promotions and voucher codes. Any promotion or voucher is always calculated from your already-reduced loyalty price — the savings multiply.
Example — Gold customer during a 10 % seasonal promotion
Original price €40 → Gold discount 10 % €36 → promo voucher 10 % €32.40
Effective discount of 19 % off the original price. Your loyalty price is always the base for any further discounts.

Yes, the loyalty programme is exclusively for registered customers. Registration is free and takes a minute. Once registered, your discount is assigned automatically — just make sure you are logged in when you shop.
How do I move up to Bronze, Silver or Gold?▾
Tiers are assigned automatically based on your total spending since first registration. You reach Bronze at €60 or after your second order, Silver at €120, and Gold at €205. There is nothing to track — the system does it for you.
Can my loyalty discount expire or be removed?▾
No. Your loyalty discount is permanent — once earned, your tier stays with you regardless of how long you go between purchases. It is a reward for your loyalty so far, not a conditional benefit.
How does my loyalty discount combine with promotions and vouchers?▾
Your loyalty discount combines with both seasonal promotions and voucher codes. Any promotion or voucher is always calculated from your already-reduced loyalty price. Example: a Gold customer (10 % discount) using a 10 % voucher pays €32.40 instead of €40 — an effective saving of 19 %.

My Discounts in your account. Your personal price after the loyalty discount is also shown directly on every product — what you see is your final price. No further discount is added at checkout.

The loyalty discount applies across the entire Světkouzel range, including gift sets and new arrivals. For items currently on sale, your final price after all discounts is shown directly on the product page.
Do I need to enter a code or activate the discount manually?▾
No. Your loyalty discount is applied automatically on every logged-in purchase — no code, no activation needed. Simply be logged in to your account when you shop.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty programme at any time. Registered customers will be notified in advance of any significant changes.
