Delivery Information

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually delivered within 1–3 business days. In 95% of cases, your magical parcel arrives on the second business day after purchase.

Do you ship all over Europe?

Yes, we ship to all EU countries! Delivery times vary by destination, typically ranging from 2 to 5 business days. You can find the full EU price list here.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes! Free delivery is available for orders over 1,499 CZK (approx. 60 EUR) to selected pick-up points.

Payment Methods

How can I pay for my order?

We accept online card payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers. All online methods are secured and free of charge.

Can I pay in EUR?

Absolutely. You can switch the currency in the header of our website to see prices and pay directly in Euros.

Claims & Returns

How do I return goods within 14 days?

You have the right to return any unused items within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us at info@svetkouzel.com to initiate the process.

What should I do if the product arrived damaged?

Please take a photo of the package and the damaged item immediately and contact us. We usually ship a replacement right away while we handle the claim with the carrier ourselves.

Where can I find the Harry Potter Showroom?

Our magical showroom is located at Na Pankráci 1352/2, Prague 4. It's the only purely Harry Potter-themed shop in the Czech Republic.

Can I try on robes and see products in person?

Yes! Our showroom is designed for fans. You can see almost our entire collection, try on Wizarding World robes, and get expert advice from our staff.

Is personal pickup free?

Yes, personal pickup at our Prague showroom is always free of charge.

What is the Wizarding Club?

It is our loyalty program where you earn "Galleons" for every purchase. These points can be used as discounts on your future magical orders.
